major in Education or related subject, IB/international school teaching experience
What You'll Do.
Integrate IB learner profile attributes into daily teaching and classroom management
Plan and deliver inquiry-based UOIs across transdisciplinary themes with real-world connections
Document inquiry and showcase progress through portfolios and comprehensive assessments
Develop bilingual literacy (listening
including phonics and early Chinese character recognition
Build mathematical thinking—number sense
and logic—through games and real-life contexts
Foster cultural identity and global perspectives via traditional festivals and cultural projects
student-centered classrooms and design displays aligned with UOI establish and uphold class rules
Teach child safety (traffic
body privacy) and conduct emergency protocols and drills
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with specialist teachers and co-teachers; hold regular meetings to align bilingual strategies and plans; Communicate timely, accurate feedback to hold conferences/three-way meetings to strengthen home–school partnerships
