## Accountabilities Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain planning transformation programs using Kinaxis or similar platforms across global client engagements Design and implement solutions across demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, inventory optimization, MRP, and distribution planning Translate complex business requirements into scalable, technology-driven supply chain planning solutions Manage multiple geographically distributed teams and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across parallel workstreams Provide functional and domain expertise while guiding clients through selection, implementation, and adoption of supply chain technologies Collaborate with stakeholders across consulting, client, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution development, and creation of reusable assets to accelerate delivery and capability building Drive best practices in supply chain planning and ensure continuous improvement across processes and implementations Requirements: 7–20 years of experience in supply chain planning, consulting, or technology implementation roles Strong expertise in supply chain planning processes including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, inventory optimization, and network planning Hands-on experience with Kinaxis or other leading supply chain planning platforms (implementation experience strongly preferred) Exposure to supply chain consulting engagements across complex, multi-stakeholder environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with large datasets (SQL, Python, or R knowledge preferred) Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing presentation skills Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams Strong influencing, collaboration, and decision-making abilities in matrix organizati
