What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Completion of all Kids On-Demand Required Learnings prior to first day of work, First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire
Nice to Have
6+ months of teaching children ages 3 – 11 in similar programs or activities, Ability to engage a group of children in an activity, Customer service and communication skills
What You'll Do.
Greet members and guests
Instruct organized activities
Prepare and set up for class
Transfer kids to and from programming
Maintain records of children's attendance
Monitor and interact with children
Utilize positive behavior management techniques
Communicate clearly with parents
Promote Junior programming
Maintain Kids Academy and program areas
Restock supplies after each class
Handle incidents and emergencies
