Implement curriculum and resources
Cultivate volunteer team
Develop volunteer pipeline
Provide leadership opportunities
Empower volunteer ministry coaches
Develop volunteer coaches
Lead small group strategy
Ensure child placement
Foster relationally engaging environment
Champion faith milestones
Lead 'I Believe' classes
Lead child dedications
Attend special events
Participate in training meetings
Execute ministry events
Collaborate with Mariners Kids staff
Share resources and ideas
Uphold safety standards
Train leaders on safety
