Minimum of 2 years’ working in a similar role
Nice to Have
experience in a 5-star luxury resort in Maldives will be an advantage, certificate or vocational training in a kindergarten/children care related field will be a plus point, fluency in other languages will be an advantage
What You'll Do.
receiving all incoming guests and owners by giving a courteous greeting
directing them to the check-in desk
ensuring a positive first impression and efficient processes for handling clients
babysitting their children
ensure that guest refreshment bars and owner refreshment trays are stocked
maintaining cleanliness environment of the Kid Club
assists the additional administrative functions
Greet guests and owners upon arrival
always maintain a professional
efficient and friendly image
Pre-prepare owner refreshments
keep refreshment bars fully stocked and cleaned at all times
Check presentation area
waiting lounge and reception area to make sure things are neat and orderly at all times
Ensure Preview Centre is clean and tidy at all times
Assist in answering a busy multi-line phone system
transfer calls and take messages
enter guest and owner information into the computer
checking for accuracy
Take care of guests children throughout the presentation
Ensure hygiene standards of Kid Club are maintained at all time
Ensure children are taken care with full attention under secure environment
