Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years frontline fundraising experience, Proven track record closing gifts $10,000+, Eligible to work in US without sponsorship

What You'll Do.
and steward relationships
Contribute to revenue line
Oversee projects benefiting team
Build meaningful relationships
Visit supporters virtually and in person
Communicate organizational priorities and donor impact
Grow donor giving over time
Serve as on-site point-of-contact for Experience Lab visitors
Develop and manage major gift supporter portfolio
Raise $2M+ in annual revenue
Provide strategic stewardship support
Advance cultivation and relationship management
Ensure forward movement on donor opportunities
Cultivate long-term relationships with individuals and families
Encourage participation at increased levels
Involve supporter networks
Optimize supporter lifetime value
Visit donors throughout Tennessee
Visit donors in surrounding states quarterly
Represent Key Relationships and Brand Partnerships at Experience
Deliver exceptional donor experience
Establish personal rapport
Provide timely stewardship and project updates
