1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience, Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations, Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks, Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances, Capable of multi-tasking
Nice to Have
Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures, Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores, Proven problem solving skills, Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
What You'll Do.
Create positive customer experience
Promote honesty and confidentiality
Act as Manager on Duty
Ensure store team performs tasks
Address customer service issues
Provide coaching to Associates
Exercise discretion on policies
Maintain Associate coverage
Ensure adherence to procedures
Execute opening/closing procedures
Communicate with management and Associates
Provide feedback and coaching
Partner with Management on training
Ensure adherence to labor laws
Promote credit and loyalty programs
Support shrink reduction goals
Promote safety awareness
