Must Have
1 year retail experience, 6 months leadership experience, Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures, Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores, Proven problem solving skills, Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks, Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances, Capable of multi-tasking, Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
What You'll Do.
Creating a positive internal and external customer experience
Promoting a culture of honesty and maintaining confidentiality
Acting as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
Ensuring store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store priorities
Addressing immediate customer service issues and providing appropriate coaching to Associates
Exercising discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers
Maintaining accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience
Ensuring Associates adhere to all operational procedures
Ensuring opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines
Communicating accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities
Providing progress updates
Providing and accepting recognition and constructive feedback
recognition and coaching to Associates
Partnering with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
Ensuring adherence to all labor laws
Promoting credit and loyalty programs
Supporting and participating in shrink reduction goals and programs
Promoting safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment
Other duties as assigned
