Acting as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
Ensuring store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store prioritizes as needed
Addressing immediate customer service issues and provides appropriate coaching to Associates
Exercising discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers
Maintaining accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience
Ensuring Associates adhere to all operational procedures
Ensuring opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines
Communicating accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing provides progress updates
Promoting credit and loyalty programs
Supporting and participating in shrink reduction goals and programs
Promoting safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment
