Must Have
Minimum 6 years relevant external in field sales and customer service experience, Sound knowledge and understanding of print applications including active problem solving of production issues raised by customers, Thorough understanding of local market and customer base, Minimum of 6 years experience in three tiered interaction level distribution, converters and end user, Corporate interaction on projects and tenders in an advisory capacity relating to specification of materials, Possession of a valid driver’s licence and their own reliable vehicle

What You'll Do.
Conduct needs analysis to meet sales targets
Conceptualise new strategies to achieve sales targets
Follow up on new sales leads
Build detailed project pipeline
Analyse potential growth opportunities
Engage with distributors
Assist with product specification
Increase footprint and market share
Engage with converters to identify opportunities
Leverage distribution network for material supply
Increase opportunity pipeline
Provide input to S&OP meetings
Create and manage customer value plan
Plan personal sales strategy
Supply reports on customer needs
Keep abreast of product applications
Extract value from customer
Provide product and brand training
Provide technical advice and solutions
Record customer interaction
Make decisions on pricing
Log customer complaints
Conduct product trials
Update customer price lists
Follow complaint till conclusion
Assess materials for complaints
Meet customer demands
Liaise with customers on account status
Follow up on outstanding payments
Assist with debtors collections
