What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years of sales experience, at least 2 years in energy storage, solar, renewables, or adjacent energy markets, Proven track record of building pipeline and closing new business opportunities, Experience with outbound sales motions including prospecting, account mapping, and multi-threading, commercial acumen including pricing, margin awareness, and contract structures such as MSAs, NDAs, and RFPs, Working understanding of utility-scale solar and/or energy storage operations and service environments, Highly organized with disciplined CRM management skills, Relentless with follow-through and customer responsiveness, Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving solutions and high expectations, Low ego, high accountability, and coachable mindset, Driven sales professional looking to grow and make a direct impact on company performance

What You'll Do.
Aggressively prospect and build pipeline across target energy storage accounts
Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close and account expansion
and convert opportunities including MSAs
Partner closely with operations and leadership to develop solutions
Drive disciplined follow-up
and forecasting in Salesforce
Expand existing customer relationships through cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Develop new logos while growing relationships within Pearce’s existing customer network
Represent Pearce at industry events
and customer meetings
