As a Key Accounts Manager, you will own the local strategy for AstraZeneca’s Renal Care portfolio, translating evidence into value for patients, specialists, and hospital decision makers. You will work between scientific dialogue and commercial execution. You will develop durable relationships and ensure our medicines follow protocols and authorized product specifications. Your insights from the field will advise smarter plans and stronger launches, directly contributing to our growth and the quality of care across the region. **Accountabilities:** * Account Strategy and Planning: Diagnose local market dynamics, prioritize high-impact accounts, and co-create a territory business plan with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed targets while optimizing budget deployment. * Find opportunities to improve the positioning of AZ’s Renal care solutions at the account level. Tailor value messages to local needs to support effective use and inclusion in relevant protocols and pathways. * Partner Engagement: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with Specialists, ER physicians, junior doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators; lead science-based discussions on approved indications, efficacy, and safety to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients. * Insight Generation and Sharing: Bring together actionable insights from MDTs and decision-making units;
