Key responsibilities include: * Serving as the primary day-to-day contact for a major client account * Attending and presenting at monthly client review meetings * Managing contract invoicing and related financial processes * Providing timely and accurate administration for account management * Building and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships * Preparing and delivering client reports in line with contractual agreements * Processing purchase orders and work orders as required * Maintaining accurate client data across internal systems * Preparing, filing, and managing compliance documentation * Ensuring invoicing is completed within required timeframes and standards * Supporting day-to-day client communications and expectations * Providing general administrative support to the wider team **About You** You are a highly organised and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
