The Key Account Product Development Intern will serve as a key support to our sample workflow, working directly within the product development cycle for our most important customer accounts. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn product lifecycle management, international supply chain communication, and customer presentation development in a fast-paced, design-forward environment. This position is expected to start in September 2026 and continue through the entire Fall 2026 term (through December 2026). Our internships are a minimum of 12 weeks, part-time and on-site. In This Role Manage end-to-end swatch logistics, including packing, unpacking, and coordinating finish swatch shipments to and from major retail customers and overseas offices Maintain accurate tracking logs via Excel and internal systems for all incoming and outgoing development materials to ensure deadlines are met Maintain the organization, labeling, and cleanliness of the swatch room, and conduct periodic audits to ensure efficiency Proactively pull required swatches from inventory ahead of internal and client design reviews, and assist with room resets following meetings Build polished, visually compelling product pitch presentations for Key Account meetings using Portfolio software and Microsoft PowerPoint Maintain accurate tracking logs for warehouse samples and assist with sample pull requests and review coordination Other
