Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Drive profitable sales growth across Defense, Space, and Nuclear Energy markets by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing key accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure retention and growth. Develop and execute detailed account capture plans in collaboration with internal technical, operational, and commercial teams. Identify customer technical and commercial requirements and translate them into clear, quantitative value propositions. Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM data accuracy, including short- and long-term revenue projections. Collaborate with engineering, production planning, legal, finance, and government contracting teams to support deal execution and contract negotiations. Support contract lifecycle activities, including understanding government contracting fundamentals and assisting in negotiation processes. Ensure timely payment and resolution of accounts receivable issues in partnership with finance teams. Maintain deep knowledge of advanced material product lines to support technical customer discussions and presentations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of experience in technical sales, engineering, product marketing, or product management. Minimum of 4 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Strong experience in Defense, Space, Nuclear Energy, or other highly technical industrial sectors strongly preferred. Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., MPower) and ERP tools such as SAP is pref
