Must Have
Bachelor's Degree, Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant Account Management/Field Sales experience, Currently an AKAM or KAM, Relevant Foodservice, Retail-Consumer Foods, Hospitality & Tourism (Food-related)
Nice to Have
Diverse key account management (FMCG or foodservice exposure) with reporting downlines an added advantage
What You'll Do.
Manage and develop strategic key accounts
Create and sustain demand
Maximize business growth
Deliver customer targets
Cascade and translate strategy into action plans
understand and align with Channel business plan
win and retain profitable business
Improve profitability by measuring and managing customer contribution
Develop activity for differentiation
Negotiate business terms for each customer
Gain insight and understanding into how chain operators make money
Communicate regularly with relevant colleagues
Obtain and feedback information about competitors
Control and manage assigned budgets
Coordinate with Business Excellence and Supply Chain Team
Conduct innovation sessions with customers
Work with customers on consumer research
Negotiate the price with customers
Regularly conduct customer business reviews
Build up relationships with customers
Coordinate with internal business support teams
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Communicate regularly with relevant colleagues from different functions; Coordinate with internal business support teams from Chef, Research & Development (R&D), Supply Chain, Channel Marketing and related functions; Work with experts across multiple disciplines; Able to work collaboratively internally and externally
