Must Have
Experience in key account management within beauty, retail, or trade marketing, commercial mindset with experience in negotiation, assortment planning, and retail growth strategies, Experience in stock and sales planning with a solid understanding of retail performance drivers, analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear actions, Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and product teams, organisational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to take full ownership and drive topics independently, Comfortable challenging external partners and pushing initiatives forward in a structured and professional way, Demonstrated ability to combine operational execution with strategic thinking, Hands on, proactive approach with a sense of ownership, Experience working in fast paced environments where proactivity and accountability are critical
Nice to Have
Direct experience working with Sephora is highly preferred, understanding of Sephora’s retail model, promotional calendar, and commercial KPIs, French language skills are a plus
What You'll Do.
Own and manage Yepoda’s relationship with Sephora EU
acting as the main point of contact for all commercial and operational topics
Take full ownership of the Sephora account

Build and maintain relationships with Sephora buying
Lead all commercial discussions
promotional calendars
and growth opportunities
Proactively identify opportunities and drive initiatives forward without waiting for direction
Challenge and influence Sephora stakeholders to unlock commercial opportunities and ensure the best outcomes for Yepoda
Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs
identifying opportunities
and building clear action plans
Ensure brand presence and execution across all Sephora touchpoints
both in-store and online
Collaborate with in-store teams to improve product visibility
and customer experience
Manage forecasting and sell-through planning to ensure optimal stock levels and operational efficiency
Monitor competitor activity and category trends to strengthen Yepoda’s positioning
Ensure all initiatives are driven through to completion with clear timelines
Balance day-to-day operational execution with long-term strategic development of the Sephora partnership
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution of launches and campaigns; Collaborate with in-store teams to improve product visibility, merchandising, and customer experience
Process & Methodology
Ensure all initiatives are driven through to completion with clear timelines, accountability, and follow-through
