We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager – Athens role serves as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for key clients in the natural gas and electricity market. Beyond achieving sales targets, the role is designed to drive sustainable business growth by combining commercial excellence with analytical thinking and cross-functional collaboration. The KAM is expected to deepen client relationships through tailored energy solutions, identify new business opportunities through data-driven insights, and actively contribute to product development alongside the Marketing and Energy Management departments. Additionally, this role carries a knowledge-sharing responsibility, supporting the development of colleagues and elevating the overall commercial capability of the organization. **What will you do:** * Implements the company’s direct sales strategy for Large Corporate and Business Customer segments, aligned with overall commercial objectives. * Achieves direct sales targets by effectively managing pipeline, opportunities, and resource allocation. * Manages and grows a portfolio of key accounts, identifying opportunities to expand electricity and natural gas contracts. * Identifies, approaches, and onboard new strategic clients to expand the company’s customer base. * Develops and executes tailored sales plans for key prospects and existing customers to drive revenue growth. * Builds and maintains strong, long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. * Supports clients in optimizing energy usage, understandin
