In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für ein vielfältiges Sonderkundengeschäft und steuerst gleichzeitig zentrale Telesales-Aktivitäten zur Unterstützung unseres Außendienstes. Die Position ist ab sofort an unserem Standort in München angesiedelt. Deine Aufgaben * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung eines vielfältigen Portfolios an Sonderkunden, darunter Apotheken, Kliniken sowie institutionelle Kunden (z. B. Bundeswehr oder Polizei). * Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Telesales-Aktivitäten zur Unterstützung des Außendienstes und zur aktiven Marktbearbeitung. * Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten in den betreuten Kundensegmenten. * Verantwortung für Sales Forecasts sowie relevante finanzielle Reportings für das betreute Kundenportfolio. * Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien über verschiedene Kundenkanäle hinweg. * Steuerung des Produktportfolios innerhalb der betreuten Kundensegmente – inklusive Einführung von Innovationen sowie der aktiven Weiterentwicklung von Fokus- und weiteren Marken. *
