What They're Looking For.
Must Have
MR Certification, Standard Driver's License, 5+ years of MR experience, Experience working with university hospitals or major hospitals, Experience with new drug adoption at hospitals, Ability to build consensus with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, Background in developing and managing account plans that serve as the foundation for KAM activities, Integrated drive to collaborate with and mobilize cross-functional internal teams (Marketing, Medical, Commercial Excellence/SFE), Ability to understand and support the optimization of SOPs, workflows, and protocols within healthcare facilities, Demonstrate execution of data-driven, precise targeting
Nice to Have
Experience in the gastroenterology and anesthesiology field is preferred
