Must Have

University degree level education, Recent experience in a marketing or sales role in original pharmaceutical company for a minimum of 5 year, Effective communication and team working skills, Multi stakeholder project management experience, Key customer relationship management experience, Management and negotiation skills, Ability to identify and analyze business opportunities, Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PP and Outlook), Driving licence gr. B

Nice to Have

Preferred place of living: Praha, Středočeský kraj, KAM experience in specialized/center treatment for a minimum of 2 years, Flexibility, ability to manage change and operate in an environment of uncertainty, Ability to think out-of-the-box

What You'll Do.

Develop and build Sobi Immunology business

Implement local strategy for products

Take ownership of customer networking

Manage key stakeholder relationships

Achieve revenue targets and sales objectives

Spend 80% of work time in the field

Participate on local and international congresses

archive & report data

Apply key-account principles in CRM

Deliver overall marketing strategy

Ensure local customer needs

Deliver tactical implementation of global business plan

Manage and allocate assigned resources

Participate in HQ project groups

Provide feedback about local market

Participate in planning process

Ensure completion of training

Perform according to GxP

Report to CM and management
