What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or account management, ideally in FMCG or technical sales, University degree (e. g. , Business Administration) or equivalent relevant experience, digital skills (Office suite + CRMI tools such as Salesforce, Anaplan, Vendavo, Power BI, ERP systems), Perseverance, adaptability, and resilience—especially in long sales cycles, Meticulous attention to detail—small technical nuances matter, organisational skills and a structured approach to securing and growing business, Hands-on mindset, comfortable working with all levels from operators to CEOs, Proactive, commercially minded, and eager to grow the business, Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, Fluent in both Spanish & English, Ability to innovate and adapt sales strategies to evolving market needs, Alignment with our values: Care, Dare, Deliver
Nice to Have
Training in Key Account Management is an advantage, any other languages are also an advantage
What You'll Do.
Manage and grow a portfolio of FMCG customers across local and national accounts
Build retro-plans with customers and prospects
defining milestones to secure and grow business
and win new clients in line with company strategy
Expand product penetration within existing accounts and drive commercial innovation
Prepare monthly and annual forecasts
and lead the 3-year sales plan and annual budget for your region
Negotiate agreements and pricing in line with internal policies
understanding FMCG sales cycles average timelines
Use Salesforce to identify opportunities
and to enter reports of client visits
Develop technical knowledge of our products and customer specifications
Adopt a hands-on approach
engaging confidently with CEOs/founders and supporting NPD during filling trials
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as the central connection point between customers, operations, and internal stakeholders; work closely with Supply, Quality, NPD, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams in Nules; Act as the internal voice of the customer, driving cross-functional alignment
Communication Scope
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Process & Methodology
