Work within the Commercial Squad operating model

Ensure compliance with sales objectives

Manage territory expenses

Foster transversal collaboration in strategic or regional squads

Manage profitability and budget

Develop opportunities in existing accounts

Maintain updated CRM data

Lead contract renewals

Manage account lifecycle

Plan installed base and instrument placement

Identify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Act as a strategic consultant

Liderazgo en Modelo Operativo:** * Trabajar dentro del modelo operativo de Squad Comercial, priorizando el éxito grupal e individual. * Ser responsable del cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas, planificación y gestión de gastos del territorio asignado. * Fomentar la colaboración transversal en squads estratégicos o regionales, capitalizando el talento para la estrategia organizacional. **2\.
