Must Have
University degree in Health, Business Management or related fields, More than 5 years of experience in the health industry, preferably in the Diagnostics sector, Proven track record in managing complex accounts and high-performance sales, Advanced consultative selling skills, Ability to influence management profiles through storytelling, Operational discipline, Winning mentality, Strong results orientation
What You'll Do.
Work within the Commercial Squad operating model
Ensure compliance with sales objectives
Manage territory expenses
Foster transversal collaboration in strategic or regional squads
Manage profitability and budget
Develop opportunities in existing accounts
Maintain updated CRM data
Lead contract renewals
Manage account lifecycle
Plan installed base and instrument placement
Identify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Act as a strategic consultant
Create proposals based on customer understanding
Develop business cases
Apply advanced sales methodologies

Liderazgo en Modelo Operativo:** * Trabajar dentro del modelo operativo de Squad Comercial, priorizando el éxito grupal e individual. * Ser responsable del cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas, planificación y gestión de gastos del territorio asignado. * Fomentar la colaboración transversal en squads estratégicos o regionales, capitalizando el talento para la estrategia organizacional. **2\. Gestión Comercial y Planificación:** * Garantizar objetivos estratégicos mediante la gestión de rentabilidad, presupuesto y desarrollo de oportunidades en cuentas existentes. * Mantener datos actualizados en CRM para reflejar el pipeline y potencial de crecimiento con precisión. * Liderar renovaciones de contratos y gestión del ciclo de vida de las cuentas, detectando riesgos y oportunidades. * Planificar estratégicamente la base instalada y colocación de instrumentos para maximizar cuota de mercado y rentabilidad. * Identificar y desarrollar oportunidades de upselling y cross-selling para fortalecer la innovación en la interacción con clientes. **3\.
