Must Have

University Science graduate, Proficient in oral and written communication (English), 3+ years of sales experience with Pharma sector in R&I domain, Tried sales ability, Cross-functional collaboration, Proven intuition for business, Organizational skills, Good analytical skills / mind set, Ability to run complexity with a high degree of maturity

Nice to Have

MBA from reputable institute, Known to work in respiratory therapy areas (e. g. , asthma, COPD), Established relationships with relevant HCPs and KOLs, Shown Key Account Management experience, Mapping DMUs/MDTs, Completing tailored engagement plans, Experience coordinating medical education programs, Speaker comfort interpreting clinical data and guidelines, Command of CRM and analytics tools, Familiarity with local market access dynamics, guidelines, Compliant use of digital and in-person channels

What You'll Do.

Build and implement territory and account plans

Identify priority accounts and map decision makers

Develop trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals

Lead science-led dialogues on approved indications

Elevate understanding of value propositions

Meet or exceed sales targets

Optimize promotional mix within compliance frameworks

Gain and synthesize account and stakeholder insights

Complete required certifications and product exams

Uphold all external regulations and internal standards

Team & Collaboration
