What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Commercial, International Business, Management, or similar, Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, Manufacturing industry experience required, Fluent Dutch and English
Nice to Have
Experience and network in the retail space, Experience with Salesforce, Experience with Power BI, Ideally German fluency

Maintain and strengthen relationships
Identify and engage new business opportunities

Ensure timely follow-up on actions
Improve Voice of Customer performance
Develop a sales plan per customer
Build and manage annual sales budgets
Achieve monthly and annual targets
Lead the forecasting process
Monitor and report on trends
Collaborate with Customer Service
Manage the full complaints process
Report on complaint status
Address quality issues with production
Evaluate customer requests and feasibility
Oversee customer payments
Manage outstanding debts
Monitor and propose credit limit adjustments
Manage and reduce aging stock
Prepare weekly reports
Prepare monthly reports
Produce detailed visit reports
