What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Completed business administration studies or commercial apprenticeship with additional qualification (e.g., Betriebswirt, Handelsfachwirt), At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in the food retail sector, ideally in the beverage or consumer goods industry, Strong negotiation skills, high closing strength, and partnership-oriented customer focus, Strong analytical understanding of KPIs and customer profitability, Willingness to travel
Nice to Have
Experience in managing key accounts, especially in the online and travel retail sector is desirable
What You'll Do.
Responsibility for Convenience including Travel Retail
E-Commerce & New Channels
Strategic development of cooperation across all relevant sales levels
and volume for Krombacher (including all varieties) and Schweppes
Conducting annual negotiations and consistent implementation of central agreements
Responsibility for listings
assortment strategies
Management of customer budgets
Analysis of sales and performance KPIs
Initiating appropriate measures to achieve targets
Developing customer-specific concepts in close cooperation with the field team and implementing them successfully

Team & Collaboration
Close cooperation with the field team; Reporting directly to the Group Account Manager Rewe
