Willingness and ability to travel for customer visits and team meetings
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in direct account management within CPG sales, Broker management collaboration, influence, and negotiation skills, Highly developed planning and analytical capabilities, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Solid understanding of P&L management, financial projections, and performance metrics, Experience with sales planning systems, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Willingness and ability to travel for customer visits and team meetings

Leading contractual negotiations
Partnering closely with Advantage Solutions (broker partner) to evaluate performance
and execute plans effectively
Analyzing business performance and customer data to identify risks and opportunities
Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure flawless execution
