Deliver sales growth in defined territory
Retain existing customers
Hunt for new accounts
Increase share of wallet
Understand customer needs
Maintain basic sales functions
Timely collection of payments
Provide basic customer service
Maintain regular service visits
Meet at least 3 customers daily
Build customer relationships
Participate in team meetings
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Active participation in weekly team meetings, reviews and training sessions; Building customer relationships based on trust and by delivering exceptional value to Plant Heads, Production Manager, Quality Manager, Maintenance staff and Utility Manager at plants
Communication Scope
Good communication skills with an ability to articulate their viewpoint succinctly and convincingly
