Must Have

Prior experience managing complex commercial relationships, Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and e-commerce, Proficient in both German and English (C1 or above)

Manage key e-commerce accounts

Foster accountability for client relationships

Monitor KPI variances

Evaluate customer satisfaction

Identify cross-selling opportunities

Lead upselling opportunities

Develop trust-based client relationships
