Must Have

Minimum 10 Years Experience in customer management in similar industry or at least technical industry, understanding of contract management, Technical awareness

What You'll Do.

Develop and maintain a smooth relationship with our customers

Understand customer needs and requirements

Be the focal point within the company for customer concerns

Foster a customer-centric mindset

Participate in strategic meetings with Commercial teams

Ensure customer service is central to all Asset Management decisions

Lead the Take or Pay negotiations and optimize the added value for the company at portfolio level

Maintain a centralized database that consolidates

and regularly updates key information from all project contracts

Cultivate an opportunistic mindset within the Asset Management team

Guide and explain to the customer the contract understanding

Provide a comprehensive 360-degree view of Asset Management

delivering monthly Asset Management dashboards with key updates and decision points for all GY business activities

Assist in developing and delivering Asset Management training materials

Foster a Return on Investment (ROI) mindset within the AM team

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Participate in strategic meetings with Commercial teams; Foster a customer-centric mindset within the Asset Management team; providing feedback to Operations, Legal, and Commercial teams; engaging with key stakeholders (owner and top management); Assist in developing and delivering Asset Management training materials for a broad internal audience; Foster a Return on Investment (ROI) mindset within the AM team
