What They're Looking For.

Must Have

6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, Frequent interactions with C-Levels, Full working proficiency in French, Advanced level in English, Experience in dealing with very large organizations, Tact and empathy, Expert in positive lobbying, Very analytical, Comfortable with presenting deep data analysis, Solving complex problems, Great active listening skills, Growth mindset, Ability to adapt to new trends, Develop in-depth understanding of the health insurance market

Nice to Have

Experience in public sector space, Experience with unions, Previous experience in Insurance or any industry linked to benefits

What You'll Do.

Handle strategic accounts in Public Sector

Build and maintain customer relationships

Identify customer needs

Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts

Promote Alan health partner positioning

Analyze and present consumption reports

Identify and execute initiatives to engage customers

Renegotiate contracts

Participate in product and service evolution
