Responsibilities Support the management of existing B2B accounts and maintain strong client relationships. Coordinate with clients regarding orders, promotions, business requirements, and operational matters. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in identifying opportunities to grow account revenue and improve client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests. Handle account-related issues and provide effective solutions to maintain service quality. Support the achievement of sales and business targets for assigned accounts. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university. 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or related fields. Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Fluent in English is a plus.
