Must Have
Proven track record of sales management within FX or other cross-border financial services selling to institutional clients in the DACH region, Proven analytical, problem solving, numerical & verbal reasoning skills, Skilled negotiator, Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients, Good understanding of the fund space in the UK, Understanding of institutional FX markets, trading strategies, and risk management techniques, Based in Luxembourg, German required
Nice to Have
Knowledge of fund eco-system (fund administrators, fund formation lawyers, corporate service providers)

Grow and manage Ebury’s Institutional client base in the DACH region
Promote Ebury’s Institutional brand through direct sales
Develop Ebury’s market share
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Acquire new institutional clients
Expand existing client base
Establish and maintain relationships with institutional clients
Understand client investment objectives
Understand client risk appetite
Understand client FX requirements
identify and prospect institutional clients
Establish rapport and build credibility with clients
Present solutions for international payment needs
