ABOUT THE ROLE * Lead and grow strategic key accounts by developing long-term partnerships that drive revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. * Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions. * Build and execute account plans aligned with company objectives, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs. * Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing insights, resolving challenges, and strengthening client relationships. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in a corporate or multi-national environment. * Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing large accounts and delivering revenue growth. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. * Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. * Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. * Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in account management, sales, or client servicing. * Experience manag
