What You’ll Be Doing * Collaborating with business users to define new application requirements. * Developing, testing and maintaining clean, performant code for client applications. * Supporting project delivery alongside Project Managers and Senior Engineers. * Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver solutions on time and on budget. * Analysing large-scale time-series data and generating actionable reports. * Mentoring junior developers and contributing to a culture of continuous learning. ## Qualifications What You Bring * 2+ years of hands-on kdb+ development experience. * Solid understanding of q language and time-series data structures. * Experience working in Unix/Linux environments. * Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Familiarity with software development methodologies and the SDLC. * Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team. * Excellent client-facing communication skills. * Experience in Capital Markets or Investment Banking is advantageous Bonus Skills (Not Required): * Experience with AI tooling (Claude, Co-Pilot) * Knowledge of Python, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), or other time-series databases. * Exposure to project leadership or people management.
