KC-46 Airplane Integration Office (AIO) Program Integration Engineer (Lead or Senior) **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) is seeking a **KC-46 Airplane Integration Office (AIO) Program Integration Engineer** within the KC-46 Airplane Integration Office covering Chief Engineer/Engineering leadership directed projects in **Everett, WA**. This is a high visibility role with technical assignments that directly support the KC-46 program’s top-level goals, initiatives, and challenges. The ideal candidate will be willing to stretch beyond their experience base and lead where process definition may not exist or is unclear. The candidate will be self-motivated, able to work under consultative direction, have excellent people skills, and have the ability to negotiate, build consensus, and deliver results. The selected candidate will provide technical, business, and integration leadership for the KC-46 Program on technical issues requiring cross-functional and cross-organization leadership and will also be a quick learner that possesses the ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts across multiple engineering disciplines. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Lead or Senior Level Engineers. **Position Responsibilities:** * Develop integrated plans, establish and lead teams, monitor and respond to technical developments, risk management, and manage all aspects of projects to closure. * Execute SOW by utilizing a solid technical background in at least one of the following disciplines: Airframe, Flight Sciences, Interiors, Propulsion, or Systems, and an understanding of certification processes. * Demonstrate record of successful management of complex airplane level integration projects from concept to in-service implementation, technical accomplishment, leadership, and good oral and written communication skills. **This position is expected to be 100%
