Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related discipline, 5-8 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Reporting, or Data Management, expertise in Power BI (mandatory)
Nice to Have
Master's degree/MBA is an added advantage, Experience working in shared services, global organizations, or matrix environments is preferred, Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP is preferred

The role will be responsible for developing BI strategies, leading reporting and dashboarding initiatives, enabling automation, and partnering with global stakeholders to deliver actionable business insights. * The BI Lead will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring accurate reporting, strong governance, and continuous improvement in analytics capabilities.
