Full Job Description

The KBS Business Controlling process manager will be responsible for standardizing and optimizing Business controlling processes worldwide and to achieve excellence in Business partnering and to ensure the Finance teams support business with Business controls and Analytics. Position is responsible for implementation of KBS BC vision. This role contributes to driving profitability through efficiency and productivity. Your mission is to eliminate local exceptions, drive operational excellence through automation and standardization of processes. This role ensures that financial activities comply with the **KONE Financial Control Model (FCM)** and global accounting standards, while providing actionable insights—not just numbers—to enable informed decision-making. This role bridges the gap between operational execution and strategic financial goals by applying Lean methodologies to drive efficiency. The role closely cooperates with a KBS BC team led by team leader and process specialists to ensure consistent and standard process applied accross all regions. **Key Responsibilities** * Global process standardization * Design and maintain the Global Business Controlling process map, ensuring standard process across all entities. * Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures SOPs to reduce process variations and manual rework. * Act as a Process Owner balancing global consistency with necessary local regulatory adaptations. * Continuous Improvement & Digitalization * Continuously develop and strengthen KBS BC capability to deliver the Best in class service to BC teams * Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current workflows using data-driven insights and process mining tools. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement by training team in CI concepts and tools * Lead automation initiatives (e.g. RPA) to streamline processes and improve efficiency. * Drive initiatives to STOP non-value-add activities, automate reporting, and leverage BI dashboards for enhanced vi
