What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree in engineering or economics/law with technical experience, Minimum 7 years relevant experience in procurement, sales/tendering, project management, or contract management, In-depth knowledge of NS contracts, Fluent Norwegian, Good English skills
Nice to Have
Experience with AB and/or FIDIC contract models, Good understanding of supplier market in major civil works and underground works, Experience from hydropower projects (dams, tunnels), Experience from operational projects and/or civil works, Strong understanding of HSE, Swedish language skills
What You'll Do.
Develop and improve category strategies for civil works
Lead and develop category work
Drive improvements and strengthen execution capability
Lead cross-functional category teams
Manage complex stakeholder interests
Act as category expert
Support needs owners and contract managers
Manage and develop supplier portfolio
Follow up supplier performance
Pre-qualify new suppliers and subcontractors
Assess delivery and sustainability risk
Establish risk reduction measures
Follow up project portfolio and supplier capacity
Ensure good demand management
Maintain relevant contract terms and templates
Utilize relevant systems and tools for analysis
Contribute to competence development
Provide guidance and knowledge sharing in contract field
