Full time availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required, Valid state Driver’s License required, Excellent communication skills, Ability to gain control during stressful situations, Exhibits a sense of urgency, Frequently bend, twist at waist, kneel, squat, stand, and walk, Occasionally climb and descend ladders, Tolerate extreme cold and hot temperatures and work in and around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp objects, and loud noises, Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for entire shift, including reaching for objects overhead, Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lb. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead
What You'll Do.
Assist Restaurant Manager with daily operations
Supervise team in absence of manager
Lead and coach team members
Maintain operational standards
Ensure guest satisfaction
Conduct second interviews
Maintain clean restaurant environment
Assign and follow up on shift duties
Ensure food preparation and serving compliance
Cascade information to team members
Assist with new product training
Place campaign materials
Ensure product quality and food safety
Complete end of shift paperwork
and end of period paperwork
Complete inventory counts
Complete truck orders
Guarantees a safe environment
Complete incident reports
Ensure financial and operational metrics are met
