Must Have
Masters of Science or MBA (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of proven experience managing cross-functional education, nonprofit, public sector, or workforce-focused programs, preferably in K-12, edtech, talent strategy, or workforce innovation, Experience working with or adjacent to school systems, districts, state education agencies, workforce organizations, or regional ecosystem partners, Excellent project management, documentation, and communication skills, including the ability to simplify sophisticated information for different audiences, Proven skill in collaborating with public-sector collaborators, including involvement in public funding, state procurement, or education policy environments
Nice to Have
Direct experience launching or scaling education programs, especially those involving public-private partnerships, government coordination, or multi-stakeholder ecosystems, Comfort navigating district priorities, procurement rhythms, educator onboarding needs, and the connection between K-12 initiatives and broader workforce pathways, Adept at measuring progress through both quantitative metrics and qualitative stories, Capable of updating teams, aligning partners, and advancing goals, even in constantly evolving environments
