The partnership draws on the expertise and cultural understanding of over 40,000 professionals across the globe to assist clients of all sizes at every stage in their development. **_Responsibilities:_** * Support team in developing our valuation desk and audit assist valuation function; * Participate in valuation engagements, including business valuations, strategic and valuation reviews; * Build financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiples, market transactions, warrants/ option pricing analyses, etc; * Perform valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities using accepted and relevant approaches and theory; * Interview clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement; * Report and present analyses and conclusions including written reports in English or French languages. **_Your profile:_** * Master degree in Economics, Finance or Management (5 years’ study); * A first relevant experience in Valuation (could be an internship); * Fluency in English (any other language is considered as an asset); * Attention to details and willingness to take on responsibilities inside our team; * Strong analytical and problem solving skills; * Ability to master new tasks and industries quickly; * Demonstrated leadership experience and strong personal integrity; * Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment; Forvis Mazars is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture in which each individual feels welcomed.
