Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Experience Design, Communication, Multimedia Design), Portfolio showcasing process and designs, Ability to translate research observations into critical insights and actionable items, Experience with design workshops, Experience arguing and presenting designs, Experience with industry-standard design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, Excellent command of Dutch and English, spoken and written
