Full Job Description

## Description Uplive is seeking a performance-driven Game Product Operations to own and scale game portfolios across Android and iOS. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, marketing, and tech. You are the business owner of several live games — ensuring each title stays updated, revenue-positive, technically healthy, and competitive in the market.You will collaborate with UA, Creative, and Engineering to accelerate growth, optimize store performance, and maintain seamless live operations. ## WHAT YOU WILL DO Design for Android: Create clean, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces specifically optimized for the Android ecosystem. Wireframe & Prototype: Translate user stories and product requirements into interactive wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma. Adopt Material Design: Learn, apply, and expand upon Google’s Material Design guidelines to ensure native, seamless platform experiences. Collaborate with Devs: Assist in preparing design assets and documentation for a smooth handoff to our Android developers. User-Centric Iteration: Participate in user research and testing, and use feedback/data to continuously iterate on your designs. Maintain Consistency: Help manage and update our internal UI component library. ## QUALIFICATION The Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving skills, and UI aesthetics (mobile app concepts or case studies are a massive plus). Experience: 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships or bootcamp projects count!). Tools of the Trade: High proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, and variants should be your friends). Android Curiosity: A solid baseline understanding of Android design paradigms, screen densities, and navigation patterns.
