What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related or a portfolio that demonstrates equivalent ability, A portfolio showcasing product design work, including your design process and final UI deliverables, Hands-on experience with Figma and/or Sketch, Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with product and cross-functional teams, Comfortable working within Agile sprint cycles, including participating in sprint planning, design reviews, and iterating quickly based on feedback from product and engineering
Nice to Have
experience with Sketch is a plus given our current tooling, familiarity with design systems and component experience building or migrating one is a asset, HTML/CSS awareness is a plus, not a requirement
What You'll Do.
user-centered UI/UX solutions for new features and product initiatives
from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups
Design thoughtful interaction details including hover states
and error states to ensure a complete and polished user experience
Conduct ongoing reviews of the existing product to identify inconsistencies in UI patterns
and propose and implement improvements to enhance usability and visual consistency
Lead the migration of our design component library from Sketch to Figma
building a well-structured
reusable component system that supports the product team’s long-term design workflow
Maintain and evolve the component library and design system over time
ensuring designs remain consistent and up to date as the product grows
Support the marketing team with design deliverables for key campaigns
and product launches (e. g.
Assist the leadership team in creating polished
on-brand slide decks for major internal and external presentations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with the Product Manager to design intuitive, user-centered UI/UX solutions; Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs are feasible, clearly communicated, and accurately implemented; Support the marketing team with design deliverables; Assist the leadership team in creating polished, on-brand slide decks; Actively seek and incorporate feedback from the Product Manager, stakeholders, and users to iterate and improve designs; Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with product and cross-functional teams; Comfortable working within Agile sprint cycles, including participating in sprint planning, design reviews, and iterating quickly based on feedback from product and engineering
