We are currently looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented Senior Business Sales Account Manager to join one of our clients' teams. Responsibilities (based on requirements) * Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking technical projects from start to finish. * Work closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. * Support Agile processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and progress tracking. * Help manage project timelines, tasks, and priorities using tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project. * Communicate project updates clearly to team members and stakeholders. * Identify and escalate risks, issues, and blockers in a timely manner. * Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. * Ensure tasks are completed on time while maintaining quality standards. ## Requirements * 1–2 years of professional experience in a relevant role * Solid technical background * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Understanding of Agile methodologies is an advantage * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills * Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello is an advantage
