ABOUT THE ROLE As a Junior Technical Analyst, you’ll dive into Solidgate’s payment platform and help businesses integrate and run their payment flows smoothly. This role gives you hands-on experience at the intersection of technical operations and product — working with our technical and business teams to resolve issues and improve the payment experience for businesses worldwide. WHAT YOU’LL OWN - Analyzing incoming client requests and finding effective solutions - Collaborating closely with product and technical teams inside the company - Communicating with client representatives to resolve technical issues related to our product - Working with product documentation and keeping it up to date You’re a great fit if you have - Bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics / Systems Analysis / Software Engineering / related field (completed or in progress) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher - Knowledge of SQL Nice to have - Self-starter — you can own your projects and take full responsibility for your area - Practical experience with Postman and Python Why Solidgate? - No internships here — we build care
