Must Have

Degree (or final year) in HR, Psychology, or a related field, up to 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or HR, Clear, confident communication skills - written and verbal, comfort working with different teams and personalities, attention to detail, keeping records accurate, processes compliant, A genuine interest in people, Openness to working across time zones, Openness to working across different cultural contexts, Basic familiarity with ATS tools (Lever, Workable, or similar), Basic familiarity with other HR software

Nice to Have

Any exposure to a start-up or fast-paced environment, Awareness of EOR (Employment of Record), Awareness of global hiring practices

What You'll Do.

Partner with hiring managers

Understand hiring needs

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment

Manage candidate pipelines

Manage feedback loops

Support employer branding

Scale talent acquisition

Ensure positive candidate experience

Ensure transparent candidate experience

Coordinate pre-boarding

Coordinate onboarding

Ensure new joiners have tools

Ensure new joiners have access

Ensure new joiners have documentation

Collaborate with Finance

Collaborate with Hiring Managers

Iterate on onboarding

Partner with People team
