## Company: Mercer ## ## Description: We are looking for a dynamic **Junior Talent Acquisition Support with English & German or Italian **to support recruitment efforts in Romania, for both Marsh and Darwin. As a Recruitment Coordinator you will have an opportunity to work closely with Talent Acquisition Consultants (TACs), Hiring Mangers (HMs) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and be responsible for all kind of administrative tasks oriented at ensuring the best recruitment experience for candidates and for other parties involved in the recruitment process. **We will count on you to:** * Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers (HMs) located in EMEA region. * Initiate and monitor the pre-employment screenings. * Generate offer letters and contracts for new joiners to our business units. * Proceed in all pre-boarding activities for the new joiners. * Take part in various project-related activities concerning employer branding and recruitment. **What you need to have:** * Fluency in English, German(min. B2+/C1) or Italian (min.
