Must Have
2 year of professional experience in IT departments, logging tools and ticketing management, design, installation, diagnosis and maintenance of local area networks, wireless networks, network electronics and IT security, integration of new applications and new hardware in user’s equipment's and inventory maintenance, different OS: Linux & Windows, Medium-High English level

For information on Skydance’s privacy practices, see the Skydance EU/UK Personnel Privacy Notice located at https://skydance.com/privacy-personnel/. --- As a Junior Systems Support Technician you will be responsible for maintaining and managing tickets/incidences and customer’s requests. ## Responsibilities Manages Windows & Linux OS (users, permissions, network, policies, storage, applications…). Has knowledge of Office365, Adobe and Autodesk products. Performs the installation, support and maintenance of the servers, computer systems and wireless and local area networks. Performs the installation, configuration, layout and maintenance of hardware and software equipment’s. Solves, manages and documents customer’s queries, tickets and requests and develops other departmental administrative tasks. Solves most tickets in the first contact and otherwise escalate it with criteria. Configures mobile devices. Automates processes as much as possible, for example by helping with perform scripts in different languages (Power Shell, Python,…) to improve and maintain the environment. Tests internal developments and improvements. Monitors and updates the inventory of hardware and software. Ensures that you meet the quality standards required for the support service.
